As a mum of a Coeliac child I know how serious the condition is but want to still let her enjoy yummy food. More and more customers are asking me about dietary needs due to intolerances, either dairy, or lifestyle choices like veganism. The good news? “Free-from” cakes no longer mean “flavour-free.”
